Erin Barnes

Certified Medical Assistant

Erin Barnes, CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) - Infusion Coordinator & Prior Auth Specialist: Erin has worked for 6 years. She is very knowledgeable and dynamic, with a great sense of humor. She handles scheduling the infusions, obtaining any prior authorizations needed for visits and infusions, and works effectively in both the front and back office roles. We are fortunate to have such an exceptional team member!

Emily Rowe - Medical Billing Specialist: Emily has been in the medical field for 27 years, 23 of those years working in medical billing. She is friendly, caring, and helpful in resolving any billing questions or concerns. She is conscientious and a rockstar in solving problems.

Alexandra Young

Medical Assistant & Front Desk

Alexandra Young, CMA – Medical Assistant & Front Desk: Alex has been in the medical field for 8 years, 5 years as a Medical Assistant. She assists in the front office as a receptionist, as well as crosses over as a Medical Assistant. She makes appointments, sends referrals to outside providers as needed, and is very well versed in assisting in obtaining prior authorizations for medications. She helps obtain records for the patients upcoming visits. Alex loves helping people and she is a calm and warm personality that is happy to help in whatever way she can. She goes above and beyond in helping patients and in everything she does.

Alyssa June T. Caubalejo is a Healthcare Virtual Assistant and a Registered Medical Technologist. Working in a remote setup, she assists healthcare providers with administrative and patient care tasks, including data entry, patient follow- ups, managing medical documents, and patient communication to improve work efficiency.

I’ve been in the medical field for 7 years. Started out as a medical assistant in 2019 and I have been an LVN ll since 2024. I am working on becoming an RN. I am experienced in medical office administration, billing, and prior authorization as well as my nursing duties. Being a nurse is very special to me!

Medical Assistant Trainee

Shelby is our Medical Assistant Trainee, currently balancing her academic studies as a high school junior with practical training in our office. With a clear goal of a future in medicine, Shelby is dedicated to learning the nuances of patient care and providing excellent support to our team. Her hard work and focus are a great addition to our practice. She plans to become an ultrasound technician in the future.

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, including 13 years as a medical assistant. Her background includes work in both family practice and mental health, and she enjoys building positive connections with patients.

Tricia is a dedicated Healthcare Virtual Assistant specializing in medical billing and administrative support. A licensed Physical Therapist in the Philippines and trained as a Healthcare VA, skilled in claims processing, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate patient billing records while ensuring efficient clinic operations.

Virtual Medical Assistant

Ashly is a Registered Medical Technologist from the Philippines who brings valuable clinical expertise to our rheumatology practice. After nearly a year as a Medical Technologist and Donor Recruitment Officer at the Philippine Red Cross, she pivoted to virtual administration. Currently, Ashly serves as our dedicated billing assistant, leveraging her strong healthcare background and meticulous attention to detail to manage clinic accounts and insurance processes with absolute precision.
