How It Works

Actemra® blocks interleukin-6 (IL-6), a cytokine involved in inflammation. By inhibiting IL-6 signaling, it helps reduce pain, stiffness, and long-term joint damage.

Infusion Schedule & Duration

  • Frequency: Every 4 weeks
  • Infusion Time: 60 minutes
  • Pre-meds: Generally not required
